The weather was not recorded

Canalith needs location access while using the app and a network connection at the moment you save. Check Settings, Privacy and Security, Location Services, Canalith. If you log from the watch, the phone attaches the weather when the episode arrives, as long as that is within three hours.

I cannot see the exercises

They are shown after you confirm in the Exercises room that a clinician prescribed a repositioning maneuver for you. You can hide them again from Settings.

Which ear should I choose?

The one your clinician identified with a positional test. Canalith cannot tell which ear or which canal is involved.

Patterns says there is not enough data

Patterns appear after five episodes, and the pressure pattern needs at least four episodes with weather recorded.

Restoring a purchase

Settings, Restore purchases, or the same button on the Pro screen. Sign in with the Apple Account that bought it.

Cancelling the yearly plan

iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Canalith. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Deleting everything

Settings, Delete all diary data. This cannot be undone.
